Company History
The first floor was originally founded as a retail flooring outlet for the Poole area, back in 1998. The First floor was set up to work along side S. Philbrick floors, which has been established now since 1990. Within a couple of years the first floor soon outgrew all expectations, supplying the south of England with a complete flooring solutions company.
A wealth of experience
The first floor can boast a wealth of experience with some 60 plus years of combined expertise and knowledge within the company. All our fitters our accredited for the products we sell. Some of our fitters have fitted in excess of 500,000 sqm of flooring alone.
A hands-on company operating a small team, this business has grown into a multi-million pound shop fitting and interiors company with a reputation as perfectionists. The company pride themselves on their ability to resolve unusal or problematic issues. We have also now moved from a retail premises to our works factory, this helps reduce our cost and give you the customer a more competitive price.
